Our Mission Statement

Angela started working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2008 with experience in schools, clinics, and homes. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Kaplan University. She’s been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for six years. She is passionate about the field and has a desire to teach and mentor future BCBAs. It is her goal to push compassionate and assent-based care in hopes to be a part of the changes that are necessary for the future of ABA.

Alyssa resides in Bay Village, Ohio with her husband and two sons. She started working in the field of ABA in 2005, by providing 1:1 therapy while completing her undergraduate degree. She then went on to earn her Masters of Education from Cleveland State and became a BCBA in 2019. She has experience providing services in a variety of settings, including centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. As a specialist, she has developed a passion for early intervention services with a strong focus on caregiver training and support. 

Prudence has over eleven years of ABA experience across educational, clinical, and community environments, supporting individuals ages two though twenty. She obtained her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School and has been a BCBA for four years. Prudence currently works as a BCBA for a suburban high school, focusing to improve the educational experience for students with varying behavioral barriers. Prudence has a love for teaching as well as continuing her own education. She has recently begun her journey to become a Certified Behavior Sexologist. 

Aubrey is a wife and a mom of 3 amazing boys. She has been working in the field of ABA since 2007. She began her career in California as a behavior therapist working mainly in the home and community setting with children with autism. Then, she moved to Florida in 2011 and expanded her experience to include in-center treatment for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. She became a BCaBA in 2017 and then a BCBA in 2021. She now works for a small clinic with a wonderful group of colleagues who strive to push the boundaries of ABA to be more inclusive, compassionate and supportive of parents and caregivers. She has always had a deep love for teaching others about ABA and how to incorporate the techniques and tools into their lives. With the recent increase of new BCBA’s in the field, Aubrey believes it is important to support and promote ethical and comprehensive training to those who will have such big impacts on our clientele.

Kara is a BCBA supporting students, teachers, and parents in her role as a behavior specialist within a school district. Having had the privilege to be a special education teacher for 15 years and an an additional 7 years as a behavior specialist, her passion has centered around helping students climb that mountain of behavior change and providing students, teachers and parents with the tools to make socially significant changes that are life changing.

Lea is a wife and a mom of 2. She started working in the field of ABA in 2008. In 2014 she became a BCBA and has owned a small clinic in Florida since 2017. She graduated from the University of North Florida with her Masters in Education. She has a vast experience with providing services in the community, supporting families in home and providing direct care in the clinic setting. Lea’s focus is on parent collaboration and working with individuals needing more comprehensive support.
